How to Sync?
1. Charge your controller with the charging cable. (Initial charging time: 10 hours.)2. Press and hold P3 button for 3 seconds3. Disconnect cable and wait one to two seconds. (The lights will stop blinking but 1 will stay on)4. The controller is now synchronized with your PS3 Console. If the initial sync fails reset the controller by inserting a small paper clip or needle into the small hole in the back of the controller for 3 seconds.
